The Barn is perfect as a cozy retreat for one couple, a family or a small group of people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and W/D. Central air conditioning and heating, a wood-burning stove, and baseboard heat assure comfortable temperature for all seasons. It is equipped with high-speed internet.

Berkeley Springs is noted for its warm mineral springs with spas offering soothing baths and healthful massage therapy. Local artisans and collectors display their treasures in quaint shops and antique stores. Outdoor activities include hiking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, and swimming. Cycling and boating are available along the nearby C&O Canal and Potomac River. Ski resorts are within an hour’s drive.

Berkeley Springs is only 100 miles from Baltimore and Washington. Take Rt. 70 West to the first exit past Hancock, MD. Follow Rt. 522 South for six miles into town.
